• Keywords
• Competitor data
• Any artifacts you upload

RankinLLM owns:

• Generated insights
• Benchmarking data
• AI-computed metrics
• System-level analytics

6. Limitation of Liability

RankinLLM is offered "as-is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• Zero errors or interruptions
• Perfect accuracy in AI responses
• Guaranteed SEO or GEO outcome changes

RankinLLM is not liable for:

• Loss of business, profits, or data
• Third-party actions
• AI model hallucinations or inaccuracies

7. Termination

We may terminate access if you:

• Violate the Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Fail to pay subscription dues

Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy on termination.
